100% organic cold-pressed rosehip oil, hyaluronic acid.
F.A.Q.
How much Hyaluronic Acid is in Hella Hydrating?
HH contains approximately 1-1.5% HA and is a combination of high and low-weight molecules.
The Hella Hydrating has a weird smell—is it rancid?
Great question! Rosehip oil has an earthy scent, which should fade after a few minutes of applying. It can be a little misleading since you might be expecting a floral scent, since it's made with rose. However, the rosehips have a different smell that is more earthy. We product in small batches and store them in air tight containers to prevent them from going rancid. Once bottled, they have a shelf-life of 1 year unopened.
We also don't add any additional fragrances or artificial scents, so the only thing you would smell would be the actual botanical, which has a light, earthy scent that should dissipate a few minutes after applying.
Specify pressing and bottling dates if available.
Can you use a face cream with Hella Hydrating?
You can absolutely use a face cream on top of the Hella Hydrating, but you may not need to. It really depends on your skin. Some customers find the serum is enough while others like to add a cream on top.
For extra hydrating dry skin: Use 2-3 pumps each time you use it. Always make sure you give it a good shake before you use it to mix the rosehip oil and hyaluronic acid together for the best hydration and results.
