What happens if a package is returned to the warehouse due to a missing or incomplete address?

1. Collect the correct address from the client. 

2. Update the address in their order on Shiphero and Big Commerce. 

3. Reship the item to the correct address.

4. Inform the customer that we have reshipped the item at no cost, but that they will be responsible for reshipment fees on future packages that are returned due to incomplete address information.
