For General Customers 

First time and other short term customers will not receive a refund for the sale price difference when ordering within a few days of a sale. 

For VIP Customers

If long term VIP customers place an order within a couple of days of a sale and reach out, we can offer them a refund equivalent to what they would have received had they placed the order during the sale. If unsure what camp the customer falls into, contact Walker. You can typically see the amount of orders placed by any customer on Big Commerce.
