What to do if Customer Inputs the Wrong Shipping Address
If a customer inputs the wrong shipping address or they want to change the address once the package has already been shipped, advise that once the package has been scanned into the system then can contact the shipper (Canpar, Canada Post, etc.) to update their address.
We will not be calling and updating the address on our end for customer errors or last minute address changes.
